We are a few days into the Raise Craze fundraiser and we need your help to make it successful. We have raised $2900 with our goal at $15,000. Students have completed 40 acts of kindness and we can bring that number up as we know students already spread kindness but should mark off all the special things they do.

We talked about how our students can make an impact by spreading kindness in our community. Acts of kindness can include many things such as writing thank-you notes, helping a friend, or participating in a volunteer project as a family. Thanksgiving is an excellent time to do something extra for those around you. The possibilities are endless and no act of kindness is too small.

In addition to spreading kindness, we need your help with donations to help support our school. Fowler staff have submitted teacher grants, which are applications to fund classroom materials or school projects. There are some amazing projects but we need the funds to grant them. If you haven’t done so, register at https://my.raisecraze.com/AWK4WBK/ 

Once you’ve registered, you can track your acts of kindness and donations AND win some pretty cool prizes. If you wish, donations can be dropped off at the school office as well. Please include the student's name and address the envelope to Fowler PTA.

We’ll update you throughout the week on our school’s status and any important developments. We can’t wait to see how you all are making an impact at Fowler and the community.

Fowler Families,

The Fowler Band will be hosting a back to school party for all students on Friday afternoon.  the 6th grade party will be from 4-5:30 and the 7th & 8th grade party will be from 5:45-7:30.  Students will enjoy games, music, snacks and fun with friends.  Tickets will be $5.00 during lunches Wednesday - Friday, or $7.00 at the door on Friday afternoon.  Students will need money to purchase snacks or drinks at the event.  The attached flyer has all of the details about this fun event to celebrate coming back to school.

We hope to see everyone at this school wide event.

Fowler Families,

We are excited that you will be with us at Fowler Middle School for the 2022-2023 school year and we wanted to begin communicating some very important information as we plan for the start of school on August 10^th.  Please review this information carefully for important return-to-school information.

With the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year right around the corner, it is time for all parents of returning students to complete the process of checking and updating student information through PowerSchool, the Frisco ISD online registration system.   You should have received information about PowerSchool registration for your child/children through e-mail.  This PowerSchool registration process does include required steps for providing a recent proof of residence document.  The PowerSchool registration process will need to be completed as soon as possible, and no later than July 25^th.  If you have already completed this entire process, we appreciate your prompt response. 

For families who have submitted all required paperwork and returned school issued Chromebooks from last school year, class schedules will be viewable in HAC beginning Monday, August 1, 2022.  As a reminder, elective course changes are not permitted following our May 1^st deadline.  The date and times for our 6^th grade Flight Camp and 7^th/8^th campus visits are communicated below.  In order for students to receive their 2022-2023 class schedules that is needed for Flight Camp or 7^th-8^th grade campus visits, the PowerSchool registration process must be completed.  Additionally, for all incoming 7^th grade students, schedules will not be released to any student who has not provided our school nurse with the necessary vaccination records.  If you have a question regarding registration or the PowerSchool process, please email Frisco ISD at isregistration@friscoisd.org or contact the Fowler front office.  Additional information can be found on the Frisco ISD webpage.
